Wine Pairing Dinner Featuring Pelee Island Winery; February 24th @ 6:00 ~ $65 per person
Here's the scoop! 4 course dinner with each course perfectly matched with its corresponding wine. On hand will be our chefs Rob Lampan and Thomas Fox as well as wine expert Lori Lupton of Pelee Island Winery to share their combined knowledge to make this an event not to be missed! 1st Course - Brown butter pan seared scallop with bacon, sunchoke puree, chive oil, fried artichoke, pico de gallo
2nd Course - Jardo marinated frog legs, soy, hoison, ginger, kimchi, pickled cucumber, chili, cilantro
Main Course - Whole roasted branzino, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, baby red potatoes, salsa verde OR Roasted suckling pig with romanesko, braised pork leg ravioli, natural jus, chili pilacca
Dessert - Pine nut biscotti tart with passion fruit curd, blood orange gelato, macerated berries
